Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data HyperFix Solutions ("HyperFix", "we") collects, why, and what you can do about it. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect from you
When you fill in our form or message us, we collect your name, business name, city, phone or WhatsApp number, email if you share it, and what you tell us about your business. We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, through analytics and advertising tools.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare and show your demo, provide and support our services, send you service messages, and improve our website and ads. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run HyperFix, such as Formspree (form handling), Meta (WhatsApp Business), Google (analytics), hosting providers and AI model providers that power our agents. They may process data outside India, under their own safeguards. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
Data our agents handle for our clients
When we build an agent for a business, that business decides what customer data the agent collects and why. HyperFix processes that data only on the business's instructions to run the agent. For clinics, pharmacies and other health-related businesses, agents ask customers for consent before collecting any health details, never give medical advice, and pass prescriptions or medical questions to a qualified person.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to serve you or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a complaint. Write to contact@hyperfix.solutions and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we tell affected people and the authorities if a breach happens, as the law requires.
